
Last night I hit my head on the floor. This was my second time. The first one was on the wall (OUCH!) I guess this is how I learn :P
This position or exercise was for preparations and strength build up. Getting to this position requires courage for beginners :) I tried to do this last night without a wall and BAM! hit my head on the floor... well after a few seconds of hand stand :P
The next step would then be performing push up while in this position... but then again we're beginners still.... maybe a few more sessions
