Up against the wall or rather a table (2)


In cases where one cannot perform legs/feet and hands position for the exercise, one practices on the table and perform push ups to strengthen shoulders, triceps and the likes.

This is how ladies do it. Facing the wall, they crawl the wall using their feet 'til they reach the top.

No Pain No Gain


Last night I hit my head on the floor. This was my second time. The first one was on the wall (OUCH!) I guess this is how I learn :P

This position or exercise was for preparations and strength build up. Getting to this position requires courage for beginners :) I tried to do this last night without a wall and BAM! hit my head on the floor... well after a few seconds of hand stand :P

The next step would then be performing push up while in this position... but then again we're beginners still.... maybe a few more sessions
